Find your latest shipping status using the tracking link we emailed you, or use the helper below.

We use this to help match your tracking details in case you contact support.
Paste the number exactly as shown (letters and digits).

Where do I find my tracking link?

  • Check the email titled “Shipping confirmation” (sent after your order leaves our hub).
  • Open your order confirmation email and look for “View your order” or similar.
  • If you created an account, you can also check your order history when signed in.

Update timing

Tracking can take 24–48h to update after dispatch. During peak periods, carriers may take longer to scan.

Multiple parcels

Items from the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

Tracking shows “delivered”, but I didn’t receive it.

Check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If still not found, email us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan at support@wyeclo.com.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Ensure the number matches your email exactly. It may take 24–48h to activate after dispatch. If it still fails, contact us with your order number and the tracking you tried.

Can I change the delivery address?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us as soon as possible. Once in transit, we can’t guarantee changes—options depend on the carrier.
