Enter your email, full address and phone. Choose a shipping method and complete payment.

Processing

Orders usually process in 1–2 business days. You’ll get an email when the parcel leaves our hub.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. Multiple items may ship separately.

  • Pay with the methods shown at checkout.
  • Your bank may convert currency and apply fees based on your location.
  • Refunds (when approved) go back to the original payment method.

Shipping basics

Accurate & flexible

  • Processing: usually 1–2 business days.
  • Brazil: most orders arrive 5–15 business days from dispatch.
  • United States: most orders arrive 4–12 business days from dispatch.
  • Other destinations: similar windows, typically 5–15 business days (may vary by route and local processing).
  • Per-item estimates appear on the product page and at checkout for your address.
  • Orders may dispatch from hubs in the US, UK or countries in Asia.

Taxes & duties

Included in price (in principle)

  • Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes and duties for your destination whenever required.
  • In the rare event a carrier attempts to charge duties/taxes on delivery due to a routing or system error, you may refuse the charge and let the parcel return, or accept the parcel and email support@wyeclo.com so we can assist.

Note: Some destinations or order values may be excluded where local rules require payment on import; checkout will indicate this when applicable.

From order to delivery

Order placed

Confirmation arrives by email with your order number.

Processing (1–2 business days)

Quality checks, packing and hand-off to the carrier. Peak seasons may add time; we’ll notify you if there’s a material delay.

Shipped

Tracking link is emailed. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

In transit (by destination)

Brazil: 5–15 business days · United States: 4–12 business days · Others: similar windows (typically 5–15 business days).

Delivered

Signature may be required for higher-value shipments. Check your tracking for details.

Returns & refunds (14 days)

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery; after approval, send items back within 14 days.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

FAQ

Can I change the address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email us as soon as possible. Changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.

My tracking says delivered, but I can’t find the parcel.

Please check with household members, neighbors and the carrier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” scan.

Will I pay duties or taxes?

In principle, prices include applicable taxes and duties for your destination. If a carrier requests payment at delivery due to an error, you may refuse the charge and let it return to sender, or accept the parcel and contact us at support@wyeclo.com so we can help.

Do you ship items separately?

Yes, to speed things up, items may ship from different hubs. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
